THE CHALLENGE

You can see what should be automated. You don't have the team to do it.

Most mid-market organizations have plenty of repetitive work worth automating and too few people with the time or skills to take it on. Hiring one developer rarely solves it, and when that person leaves, the knowledge leaves too.

Repetitive tasks

Employees spend hours entering data, updating records, processing documents, and generating reports.

Disconnected systems

Information must be moved manually between applications, creating delays, duplicated effort, and opportunities for error.

Limited delivery capacity

Your internal team sees the automation opportunities but lacks the time or specialized skills to pursue them.

Maintenance headaches

Existing automations need attention when applications, processes, or business requirements change.

The result? Higher operating costs, slower processes, frustrated employees, and missed opportunities to improve performance.

R-Path helps you turn that recurring manual work into reliable, automated processes, without adding another major responsibility to your internal team.

HOW IT WORKS

We handle the entire automation cycle.

From identifying opportunities to keeping automations running, R-Path provides the expertise and execution capacity to make automation an ongoing business capability.

01_how-it-works_find-opportunities

Find the right opportunities

Not every process is worth automating. We work with your people to understand how work gets done, identify automation candidates, evaluate feasibility, estimate financial value, and prioritize opportunities that merit investment.

02_how-it-works_design-build-deployDesign, build, and deploy

We design customized automations around your actual business processes, applications, and requirements. Depending on the work, we use RPA, workflow automation, system integrations, document processing, and AI capabilities where appropriate. Our team handles process analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment in collaboration with your process owners and IT team.

03_how-it-works_monitor-maintain-improveMonitor, maintain, and improve

Automation isn't finished when it goes live. Applications change, business rules evolve, and exceptions arise. We monitor deployed automations, investigate problems, perform maintenance, and make necessary adjustments. We also continue identifying and implementing opportunities to expand the value of your automation program.

One partner. From initial opportunity to ongoing operation.

YOUR TEAM

Your own automation team. Without building one.

A successful automation program needs more than developers. You need people who understand your business processes, can identify worthwhile opportunities, manage delivery, build dependable solutions, and keep everything running.

R-Path provides that capability through a fractional, fully managed automation team:

Automation Program Manager
Oversees priorities, delivery, coordination, and program performance.

Business Analyst
Works with your process owners to evaluate opportunities, document requirements, and define effective solutions.

Automation Developers
Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain your automations.

You receive these complementary capabilities through a single, coordinated team, without the expense and management burden of staffing every role internally.

A predictable monthly engagement

Our fully managed programs begin with a commitment of 100 hours per month, delivered for a flat monthly fee on month-to-month terms.

You gain an experienced team that can establish an automation program, expand your existing delivery capacity, and support your automations as your needs evolve.

WHY R-PATH

Why organizations choose R-Path

07_why_automation-is-all-we-do

Automation is all we do.

We're not a general IT consulting firm with an automation practice on the side. Process automation is our entire focus. That specialization shapes how we evaluate opportunities, design solutions, manage programs, and support the work after deployment.

09_why_right-technology

The right technology for the job

We don't sell software licenses or earn commissions from platform vendors. Our experience includes Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, workflow automation, and integrations. We incorporate AI capabilities when they offer a practical advantage, and we recommend approaches based on your processes, existing technology, costs, and requirements, not allegiance to a particular product.

08_why_experienced-us-team

Experienced people based entirely in the U.S.

Our automation team is 100% U.S.-based, with an average tenure at R-Path of more than six years. You work with experienced professionals who understand both the technical and organizational challenges of implementing business-process automation.

10_why_accountable-partner

A partner who stays accountable

Our guiding principle is simple: Be a good partner. That means communicating candidly, focusing on practical business results, addressing problems when they arise, and treating maintenance as part of the job, not an afterthought. R-Path maintains SOC 2 Type II status, with its current report available to prospective clients under NDA.

GETTING STARTED

Getting started is straightforward.

NO COST TO START

Explore the fit

step-1-darkLet's talk
We start by understanding your organization, its automation needs, and what you're trying to accomplish. We'll discuss your current processes, technology environment, capacity constraints, and potential opportunities. We'll also give you a candid assessement of whether R-Path is likely to be a good fit.

step-2-darkAssess the opportunity
If there's a fit, we conduct a no-cost Automation Opportunity Assessment to identify and prioritize candidate processes, estimate potential value, and recommend an approach. Where appropriate, ano-cost proof of concept can help establish technical feasibility before committing to a full program.

YOUR MONTHLY PROGRAM

Build and keep delivering

step-3-yellowBuild your automation program
We agree on the scope and capacity of your monthly payment, establish the working team, and develop a practical roadmap. Then we begin designing, building, and deploying automations in collaboration with your organization.

step-4-yellowKeep delivering value
As automations enter production, we monitor and maintain them while continuing to work through the next priorities. Over time, the goal is an automation capability that keeps generating value, not a collection of disconnected projects.

IS IT A FIT?

Is R-Path the right fit for your organization?
R-Path is designed for mid-market and larger organizations with meaningful, ongoing opportunities to automate digital business processes.

We're especially well suited if

  • You have high volumes of repetitive administrative or transactional work.

  • Important processes spam multiple business applications.

  • Your interal automation or IT team needs additional expertise or delivery capacity.

  • You want an ongoing automation capability without hiring and managing a full internal team.

  • Reliability, security, maintainability, and measurable business value matter.

We commonly work with organizations of roughly 500 to 5,000 employees in healthcare, banking, financial services, manufacturing, and distribution.

When R-Path may not be the right choice

If you're primarily looking to buy software licenses, obtain training, automate an occasional personal task, or commision a small one-off script, you probably don't need a fully managed automation program. Our services are intended for organizations where sustained automation can create meaningful business value.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Have a question that isn't answered here?

Ask us directly

Do we need to replace our existing software?
Usually not. Much of our work involves automating processes across the applications clients already use. Depending on the systems and requirements, we can use RPA, APIs, workflows, and other technologies to connect and automate the necessary steps.

What if we already have an internal automation team?
That's not a problem. R-Path can complement your existing capabilities, help address an automation backlog, or provide specialized delivery and ongoing support.

Does every automation require AI?
No. Many valuable processes can be automated effectively using dependable rules-based technologies. We use AI selectively when capabilities such as document interpretation or information classification help solve a particular problem.

Will our IT team need to be involved?
Yes, particularly for security reviews, access permissions, and infrastructure provisioning. But your IT team doesn't have to take on the day-to-day work of designing, developing, and maintaining the automations. That's what our team is there to do.

Let's talk about your automation opportunity.

You probably already know of processes that consume too much time, create unnecessary errors, or limit your team's capacity. The question is which ones are worth automating and how to get the work done.

R-Path can help you evaluate those opportunities, determine a practical way forward, and build an automation capability suited to your organization.

Let's start with a conversation.
