Our Story
At the heart of R-Path Automation is a story of innovation and partnership. It began in the summer of 2000 when three forward-thinking entrepreneurs founded a company called Telogical Systems, which grew quickly to become the US telecommunications industry’s leading provider of consumer telecom pricing data and sales enablement software. Confronted with the challenge of monitoring daily changes in telecom pricing throughout the United States, Telogical became an early adopter and expert user of intelligent process automation technology.
After witnessing firsthand how intelligent automation transformed our own operations — saving time, reducing errors, and scaling impact — we launched a dedicated business unit: R-Path Automation. Our mission was clear from the start: to help mid-market organizations harness the same kind of transformational value through process automation.
Since its founding, R-Path has become a leading provider of process automation services to mid-market organizations throughout the US, and we are proud to serve clients in a diverse array of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, banking, insurance, distribution, and construction.
